Feedback Literacy for Early-career Researchers

Dr. Jessica To is a Lecturer from Teaching and Learning Innovation Centre (TALIC), The University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining TALIC, she was a Post-doctoral Fellow of Faculty of Education, The University of Hong Kong, and an Education Research Scientist of National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. As an early-career researcher (ECR) previously, she shares how she has developed feedback literacy through reflective learning. In this podcast, she will first explain the ECR feedback literacy framework and reflective learning process. Then, she will describe her feedback literacy developmental trajectory and discuss the implications derived from her experiences.
